New Butcher Joining the Team
We would love to welcome Paul Higgins to the Butchery at Bowhouse Team. Some of our visitors may have noticed the new face when visiting our July Market Weekend. Paul has joined us to manage the Butchery as he has over 40 years of experience in the craft and has worked for some incredible Scottish businesses such as Balgove Larder and House of Bruar. We are excited for him to help continue our vision as a sustainable, Organic butchery with locally reared stock.
