Throughout the day, you’ll learn to make four exceptional cheeses from scratch:
Feta – including luscious, marinated Persian feta
Halloumi
Mascarpone
Traditional whey ricotta
Together, we’ll explore the fascinating story of milk—from soil health to seasonal shifts, animal breeds, and how each of these elements shapes the character of milk. You’ll learn how to choose the best local milk and understand what makes it truly great for cheesemaking.

Bring your favourite apron to wear and 5 x 1L containers for cheese, some jars for the leftover whey & a bag to take home your cheese.
