Bowhouse will host its first Fitness and Wellbeing at Bowhouse event to kick start your 2019.
The day promises to be packed with activities and inspiration, with more than ten different fitness classes to take part in, as well as health food demonstrations and a selection of healthy street food stalls to provide energy. Classes will take place in Bowhouses main hall as well as Fit to the Core’s studio, in the Grain Loft of Bowhouse.
These classes are sure to work up an appetite and with Milly’s Kitchen, Cupar ready with their deli style street food, you’re sure not to go hungry.
