Our September market weekend will be held on the 9th & 10th of September and will feature an array of Scottish food and drink traders.
Scotland the Bread will be hosting a variety of activities for Sourdough September during the market. These sessions include:
- Children’s workshop – using table-top hand mill to mill grains, then mix up sourdough starters
- Rye breadmaking demo – A demo on how to mix and shape rye bread
