New Trader: Angrykulture

Angrykulture run their very own fermentarian from one of our units within the Bowhouse courtyard. Their staple product that started the brand is a vegan kimchi but they are ever experimenting. “In our store at Bowhouse we sell and test new, limited products, such as sour pickles that should be ready for this month’s market. These, as well as many forthcoming experiments, were created using produce from East Neuk Market Garden, who grow ingredients that are really hard to get anywhere else”. 

Dominika has already began working with our other occupiers on new ideas and sustainability within the business and is thrilled to have Baern using her kimchi juice in one of their breads.
Speaking of Bowhouse, Dominika has said, “I am really happy to have found my place at Bowhouse among people who are as helpful and friendly as they are professional and capable. Having a professional and supportive environment is extremely important in building and growing a brand …  we have  also had conversations about future cooperation with Bothy Kitchen, Butchery at Bowhouse and Scotland the Bread. It is clear that we are building something really cool here, together, and I am thrilled to be a part of it”.
